I am a DONA International–certified birth doula and a trained postpartum doula serving families across Central Texas. I support parents through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with informed, compassionate care tailored to their individual goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, which gives me a deeper understanding of family dynamics, parent-infant bonding, and the emotional transitions of early parenthood. This background allows me to offer thoughtful, evidence-based support to families as they prepare for birth and adjust to life with a new baby.

As a birth and postpartum doula, I begin by meeting with you to hear your story, goals, and concerns. Together, we’ll create clear preferences for your birth and/or postpartum experience so you feel informed and supported.

My approach centers on prenatal education, preparation for labor, advocacy, and recovery after childbirth. I’m here to answer your questions, address fears, and support you and your partner with evidence-based guidance.

I am an inclusive doula serving families of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. I support first-time parents who want comprehensive, education-based guidance as they prepare for birth and postpartum.

I also work with redemptive parents - those who may not have had the support they needed with a previous birth or postpartum experience. Together, we create the informed, supported experience you wish you had before, with space to process, prepare, and move forward with confidence.
